Context of Meeting: San Francisco Bay Tanker Escort Rule, modernization.
Charter: The mission of this workgroup is to review the existing San Francisco Bay Tanker Escort Regulation language, determine if there are any inconsistencies with standard practices, determine if there is a need for any updates to language to incorporate modernization, draft any necessary language updates and present a final product to the Harbor Safety Committee.
