Organization Overview
The Bay Area Toll Authority (BATA) is a public finance and transport management agency directed by the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC). Its operational focus is providing comprehensive fiscal and technological oversight for the seven state-owned toll bridges crossing the San Francisco Bay.
