Bay Planning Coalition

The Bay Planning Coalition (BPC) is a non-profit, membership-based advocacy and policy organization headquartered in Oakland, California. It serves as a central facilitator balancing commercial growth with environmental sustainability across the San Francisco Bay and its watershed. The coalition coordinates a network of over 150 member organizations, including local governments, ports, labor unions, maritime industries, and environmental consulting firms.
