Marine Spill Response Corporation

The Marine Spill Response Corporation (MSRC) is the largest dedicated oil spill removal organization (OSRO) in the United States, operating a vital Pacific Northwest and California region footprint. Founded in 1990 following the landmark Oil Pollution Act, the non-profit corporation is funded by major energy companies through the Marine Preservation Association to provide a rapid, large-scale emergency response network.
