The Maritime Exchange for the Delaware River and Bay is a non-profit maritime trade association headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Established in 1875 and incorporated in 1882, the Exchange functions as the premier data intelligence, communication, and vessel tracking hub for the entire Delaware River tri-state port complex, covering Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
