Industrial shipping is consolidated on the southern waterfront at the Piers 80-96 Maritime Eco-Industrial Center, utilizing Pasha Automotive Services at Pier 80 for roll-on/roll-off auto imports alongside specialized dry bulk handling at Piers 92 and 94.
