Yolo County Office of Emergency Services (OES) is the primary agency responsible for disaster planning, response coordination, and community resilience in Yolo County, California. Headquartered in Woodland, California, the agency serves as the centralized backbone for public safety across unincorporated county areas, the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation, and four primary municipalities: Davis, West Sacramento, Winters, and Woodland.
