HSC Working Groups

Explanation

The Maritime Evaluation for Risk, Insight & Trends (MERIT) Working Group brings together regional experts to assess how navigational, environmental, and operational factors affect risk and system readiness in the San Francisco Bay. It synthesizes findings from PAWSA 2025 and other data sources to identify trends and provide clear, actionable recommendations that support coordinated, data-driven maritime safety decisions.
