About
The Harbor Safety Committee of the San Francisco Bay Region (HSC SF) plans for the safe navigation and operation of vessels within its geographic region of responsibility. As part of meeting this responsibility, the HSC SF prepares and submits to the Administrator a harbor safety plan which encompasses all vessel traffic within the region and addresses the region's unique safety needs.
